Write a journal entry of a “day in the life,” imagining that you and your family lived in an Eastern bloc country under communist rule. Be sure to use the primary sources as the foundation for your journal. Be prepared to discuss in class what features of your “imagined” life as different from your real life, as well as those that are similar.
